

If you want to extend this menu, just add or remove items to your favorites (‘~/Library/ Favorites’) or to EasyFind's user-defined directory (‘~/Library/EasyFind’). EasyFind resolves aliases while initializing this menu (but not while searching) and automatically removes duplicate folders. This pop-up includes all mounted volumes, all visible folders within the root directory (‘/’), within your home directory, on your desktop, your favorites, and all folders inside the directory ‘~/ Library/EasyFind’. USAGE Start EasyFind using the Finder or the Services menu (EasyFind > Find In Path… or EasyFind > Find Selection…) within Cocoa applications or Carbon applications supporting services, enter your keywords, select the desired volume or folder and press the Return or Enter key or click on the search button. EasyFind must be placed into the main Applications folder or ~/Applications to work. To make the Services work, log out and log in again after you have started EasyFind at least once.
